This week we’re sending some extra love to our gluteus maximus and gluteus medius — those powerful muscles on the outside of the hips. When they don’t fire properly, it can lead to lower back pain, knee pain, and hip instability.

At Just Breathe, we offer a calm, safe space where everyone is welcome. With 4 classes per week, including yoga, pilates, and mindful movement, we’re here to support you exactly where you are.
