Yoga in the Park Series
Just Breathe is returning to nature with a special 5-class Yoga in the Park series focused on grounding, connection, and wellness.
Research has shown that spending time in nature can help restore both the mind and body — reducing stress, improving mood, and helping us feel more balanced and centered. Join us as we slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.
Mondays from 7:00–7:45 AM
Dates: 6/15, 6/22, 7/6, 7/13, and 8/10
✨ All classes are free-will donation
✨ All proceeds will be donated to the Mt. Sterling Park District
✨ Open to all levels
