For General Wellness & Relaxation

Massage as often as your schedule and budget allow. Whether weekly, monthly, or seasonally, every session is an investment in your wellbeing. Consistent care builds cumulatively, supporting muscle health and helping you stay ahead of stress. Think prevention, not just treatment.

For Pain Management

Allow 2–5 days between therapeutic sessions to give your body proper recovery time. Weekly or bi-weekly appointments typically work best for active pain. As you improve, we’ll gently extend the time between visits at your pace.

For Muscle Tension & Trigger Points

Stubborn tension needs consistent attention. We recommend weekly sessions for 4–6 weeks to effectively release deep-seated trigger points. From there, your maintenance schedule is personal. Some people thrive with monthly sessions, while others find that weekly or bi-weekly appointments are what their body and lifestyle truly need to feel their best.
Please note: these are general guidelines. Your ideal frequency depends on your body, lifestyle, stress levels, and health goals. We’ll work with you to build a plan that fits.
