As a recognized leader in rehabilitation and long term care services in the Gateway Area since 1976, Windsor Care Center is a 144 bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located at 125 Sterling Way Mt Sterling, Kentucky. Our facility provides long-term care with a warm, personal manner in a comfortable, home-like setting. With a flexible, inter-disciplinary approach to healthcare, our dedicated team of professionals determines how to best serve the individual needs of each and every resident. Windsor Care Center serves the needs of our residents through multiple levels of care, including skilled and traditional care as well as respite care and palliative care. We are certified for Medicare and Medicaid and honor other qualified insurance carriers.

Our October menu is packed with comforting favorites and seasonal goodness, lovingly prepared by our amazing dietary team.

Residents can look forward to hearty meals like roast beef with mashed potatoes, chicken and mashed potato dinners, pork loin with scalloped potatoes, fried fish with French fries, and even BBQ pork riblets and rice pilaf! 🍗🥔

It’s time to roll up your sleeves and show off your artistic flair!

Windsor Care Center is inviting all community members, families, and staff to take part in our Pumpkin Painting Contest, a festive favorite that brings color, creativity, and smiles to everyone who joins in. 🧡

Here’s how to participate:

🎨 Paint your pumpkin and drop it off between October 15th and October 23rd for our residents to enjoy.

🏆 Winners will be chosen by our residents on Thursday, October 23rd, with prizes for both youth and adult divisions!

🎃 After the contest, you’ll get to take your beautifully decorated pumpkin home just in time for Halloween.

Let’s make this autumn season brighter, bolder, and full of community spirit! 🍁

We’re inviting all families to bring their little ones dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes for a night full of fun, laughter, and sweet treats! 🍬🦇

Our residents can’t wait to hand out candy and see all the creative costumes that come through our doors; it’s one of our favorite traditions of the year!
