Job description
We’re a therapist-owned/therapist-led private practice based in Mount Vernon. Our group is comprised of exceptional therapists who believe therapy should be the main priority. We know it can be lonely in private practice, so our office culture prioritizes warmth, and supportiveness. As therapists ourselves, we know how important self-care can be, so we offer paid time off and flexible work schedules.

Our goal is to provide quality mental health services and in order to do that we as therapists need to not be overworked, underappreciated or underpaid. We value transparency, which is why we offer a crystal-clear pay structure that doesn’t over-promise in an interview, only to under-deliver when your paycheck arrives. We’re looking for a reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of our team.

We have recently remodeled our building and added 4 new offices that we are excited to fill with other therapists that like to laugh, enjoy each other, who work hard, and who are good humans.

Responsibilities:

Meet with individuals, couples, groups and/or families for outpatient psychotherapy.
Complete intake notes and document each session in a timely manner. We are strong believers in documentation...however, our documentation process is very brief in comparison to many programs where you may have previous experience.
Create client treatment plans and goals, update as needed.
Attend weekly clinical supervision while gaining hours, monthly case consultation groups, and staff meetings.
Clinicians are expected to meet average clinical hour standards based on full/part time status.
Requirements:

Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health related fields. Final semester graduate students encouraged to apply.
Have an Independent or Associate license as a Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist or Psychologist in Washington State.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Must be LBGTQUIA2+friendly and be able to provide services to a diverse set of clients.
Applicants must value the therapeutic relationship and maintain rapport with clients.
Applicants must possess basic computer proficiency and complete documentation in a timely manner.
Be a good human with a sense of humor.
Job Types:

Full time (35 hours per week) or Part time (20 hours per week)

Compensation: Salary/exempt, $35.00 per hour/35 hours a week, $63,7000 per year. Includes 5 paid holidays and 5 personal days a year after first 120 days.

Part time salary $35 per hour/20 hours per week….$35,000 per year. NO additional benefits for part time.

***$150.00 stipend per month towards health benefits.

Benefits:

Supervision provided to Associates
Monthly peer consultation
Investment in therapist self-care
Flexible schedule
Outpatient work only (no on-call)
Competitive compensation package
Malpractice insurance provided
Provide a user-friendly HIPAA compliant EHR and video platform.
