Job description
We’re a therapist-owned/therapist-led private practice based in Mount Vernon. Our group is comprised of exceptional therapists who believe therapy should be the main priority. We know it can be lonely in private practice, so our office culture prioritizes warmth, and supportiveness. As therapists ourselves, we know how important self-care can be, so we offer paid time off and flexible work schedules.
Our goal is to provide quality mental health services and in order to do that we as therapists need to not be overworked, underappreciated or underpaid. We value transparency, which is why we offer a crystal-clear pay structure that doesn’t over-promise in an interview, only to under-deliver when your paycheck arrives. We’re looking for a reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of our team.
We have recently remodeled our building and added 4 new offices that we are excited to fill with other therapists that like to laugh, enjoy each other, who work hard, and who are good humans.
Responsibilities:
Meet with individuals, couples, groups and/or families for outpatient psychotherapy.
Complete intake notes and document each session in a timely manner. We are strong believers in documentation...however, our documentation process is very brief in comparison to many programs where you may have previous experience.

Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health related fields. Final semester graduate students encouraged to apply.

Must be LBGTQUIA2+friendly and be able to provide services to a diverse set of clients.
