At Nature Trail Health & Rehab Center, we’re proud to partner with the VA to provide exceptional care for our nation’s heroes.

Service-connected veterans may qualify (with prior approval) for skilled nursing, long-term care, respite care, and end-of-life services—covered nearly 100% by the VA.

We work directly with the VA to coordinate therapy, wound care, medication management, and more, ensuring veterans receive the seamless support they deserve.
