The truth is that you can do Kegels every day, anywhere and nobody will know! Not sure how to do them? Let me show you how! 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
Start with 3 sets of 10–15 reps daily
💪🏾Identify the muscles. Try to stop your urine midstream (that’s your pelvic floor!).
💪🏾Contract those muscles! Squeeze and lift as if you’re holding in gas or stopping your flow.
💪🏾Hold for 3-5 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds.
💪🏾Gradually work up to 10-second holds with 10-second relaxations in between.
💪🏾Breathe normally. Don’t hold your breath or tighten your abs or thighs.
