I am a 2003 graduate of the Rend Lake College Therapeutic Massage program. I worked 3 years perfecting the spa massage at ARC day spa in Mt.Vernon. In 2006 I was in Salem at Practical Magic Day Spa which lead me to Stress Knot Massage of Mt.Vernon. Jennifer grew up in Mt.Vernon, She was a 2000 graduate of MVTHS and a 2003 graduate of the Rend Lake College Therapeutic Massage program. She worked 3 years perfecting the spa massage at ARC day spa in Mt.Vernon, she then spent over a year practicing in Salem at Practical Magic Day Spa where she met the owner of Stress Knot Massage of Mt.Vernon. She spent 6 years working at Stress knot where she learned to incorporate deep tissue targeted techniques with her spa massage. Beginning January 2014 she has opened her own private massage practice.
