 TouchPointe exists to come alongside individuals, couples, families and even those currently incarcerated who are facing challenges that cannot navigate it alone. Through our crisis, coaching, mentoring, relationship support and jail ministry outreach we offer Hope and practical tools to people who otherwise would not be able to afford these services. It’s truly life-changing work and I’m honored to be part of this team that meets people right where they are. During this beautiful season of giving we would like to ask you to consider TouchPointe in three meaningful ways: First prayer….please pray for the individuals and family we serve and for God to continue opening doors for healing and Hope. Second volunteering: if you feel called to serve, we always need caring hearts willing to invest in others and finally if you feel gracious enough through giving, your generosity allows us to say yes to people who desperately need support but cannot pay for services. Every gift helps us continue meeting real needs right here in our community. Happy Tuesday!! If you are snappy with your spouse or kiddos, TouchPointe Community Resources can help! This is more normal than you think. Some people don’t even realize.

Ephesians 4:31-32
New International Version
31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

A child's first bully is an unhealed parent.
And if the shoe fits, lace it up.
It's the parent who snaps instead of communicates.
The parent who shames instead of teaches.
The parent who treats their child's emotions like
"attitude," because no one ever let them have feelings.
The parent who calls it "tough love" when it's really just the same hurt they never dealt with being passed down to someone smaller.
Kids aren't born feeling broken.
They're not born walking on eggshells.
They don't naturally fear messing up - they learn that from the reactions they receive.
Unhealed parents raise children who think survival skills are personality traits.
They raise kids who apologize for existing.
They raise adults who spend years unlearning the things that were done to them in the name of
"discipline."
Healing isn't just for you - it's for the generation you're raising.
Do the work, break the cycle, and give your kids what you needed at their age: safety, patience, and a parent who leads With Inve instead of leftover wounds.

The Knox County commissioners awarded $100,000 in opiod settlement money to four programs to help families and children recover from addiction.
