Sometimes people don’t just need a handout… they need people willing to walk beside them. ❤️
Just months ago, Mike Chew was experiencing homelessness and uncertainty. 🏚️ Through the support of community partnerships and individuals who cared, Mike was able to begin rebuilding his life one step at a time. 🙏
Organizations including TouchPointe Community Resources, Afterglow Mission House, The Main Place, HopeNow Furniture Bank, and the Winter Sanctuary came together to help provide mentoring, encouragement, employment readiness support, housing assistance, furnishings, accountability, and hope. 🤝🏠
Today, Mike has stable housing, employment, and a fresh start. 💼✨
His story is a reminder that transformation happens when communities work together with compassion, dignity, and purpose. 🌱

Sometimes it looks like talking around the dinner table…
sitting together in the living room during difficult conversations…
showing forgiveness…
offering grace…
and choosing to love others even when it feels hard.

We can say many things publicly, but it is often how we love privately that makes the greatest difference.

That message from Neighbor, Mike Chew is a powerful reminder of what so many people are walking through right now.

At TouchPointe Community Resources, we see it every day people carrying stress, uncertainty, and burdens that feel overwhelming.

But we also see something else…

Through programs like KnoxWorks, relational healing, and mentoring, lives are being changed not just outwardly, but from the inside out.
