Today we celebrate the dedication of our team members who have been a big part of Heritage Woods & Gardant Management Services for so many years. 🌟

Our Regional Director of Marketing Tom started in 2010 as the Marketing Director in Mt Vernon and Centralia Heritage Woods. In 2011 Tom was then promoted to ADMIN at Heritage Woods of Mt Vernon. He has served with unwavering commitment for 16 years, growing from administrator to his current leadership role. His journey reflects the kind of authentic leadership that makes our community special.

We also honor two CNAS Michelle and Teresa who have been part of our family for 15 years. Their dedication and compassionate care have touched countless lives. It's beautiful to see how relationships built on trust and respect continue to flourish over the years. Michelle was hired by Tom in 2011 where she currently still provides excellent service with Teresa.
