The magic of American Christmas is being transformed right here in our two-floor warehouse. 🎄✨
This year, our dynamic duo, CEO Dan Casterella and Head of Production Nick Cerchia, embraced an exciting challenge: how do we optimize our space to benefit our operations? After much brainstorming, they discovered a fantastic solution that not only expands our storage capacity but also enhances our production floor—without requiring any construction. The production area is making its way upstairs, turning what was once a segmented space into one expansive area where our team can collaborate more effectively. Meanwhile, we’re also relocating our storage downstairs, organizing our inventory more efficiently by bringing much of what was once upstairs down to the main floor. This innovative layout will allow us to fully utilize our impressive 105,000 sq ft space. Our team is in the final preparations—painting floors and walls, arranging workstations, and assembling new racks to distinguish our new products from rental inventory. If everything goes according to schedule, we anticipate partially moving operations upstairs within the next couple of weeks, with full operational capabilities ready by May 1. Plus, as we restructure production upstairs, we’re gearing up for a stunning new showroom that will enhance our customer experience.
