I'm holistic for a reason. Allopathic methods can be from both medical doctors/practitioners as well as herbalists.
As a society, we are conditioned to expect a remedy or treatment for a symptom. "I have X wrong with me, give me a pill/herb"
Every symptom has a root cause!
For instance, did you know liver issues can mimic anxiety and depression?

I see many people who have symptoms. Symptoms are the body's way of saying "HELP"! Here's the starting place....Quality, whole foods and moving your body. And yes, portion control, intermittent fasting, hydration, sunlight and outdoors. Start there.
Ditch the artificial sweeteners, processed foods, convenience foods, the close parking space, sugary drinks, seed oils. It's a start.
