Our Health Centers are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. To schedule an appointment, call 740-399-8008, email healthcenter@knoxhealth.com, or fax 740-399-8012. If you need assistance outside of our normal business hours (before 8 am or after 4:30 pm on weekdays, or on weekends), you can call 740-399-8008 and follow the prompts to access our After Hours Services. We're always here for you! Our customers are insured, under-insured, and uninsured individuals. We serve men, women, and children of all ages. Homeless individuals are also welcome.

*SLIDING FEE SCHEDULE - A sliding fee schedule at 200% above the federal poverty guidelines is offered to patients who are eligible. Minimum charge for self-pay patients is: $20 for Dental, $20 for Medical, and $10 for Counseling appointments.

The Knox County Community Health Center cares for children from birth through the teen years at our Mount Vernon and Danville clinics. Families can get care close to home.

We offer:

✅ Well-child checkups to help kids grow healthy
✅ Sick visits for common illnesses and injuries
✅ Immunizations to help keep kids protected
✅ School physicals
✅ And more care services for children

Most insurance plans are accepted. We also have a sliding fee scale to help make care affordable.

No child is turned away because an inability to pay.
