There is often this myth that women will get bulky from strength training. Fat will make you bulky not muscle. When a woman starts to build muscle from strength training her body composition transforms and because muscle takes up a lot less space in the body you will look more toned. So start lifting some weights ladies!! Don’t miss out on all the great benefits strength training has to offer. You don’t have to make drastic changes in your diet overnight. Instead make one small change and focus on that whether it be drinking less soda or cutting it out for 5 days. Or eating more protein and cutting fast food trips down to once a week. Small changes in your health is an investment. Your planting healthier seeds that will lead to big results overtime

Pretty simple meal prep for breakfast

Cut up 2lbs of russet potatoes season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and smoked paprika. Heat oven for 425 and cook potatoes for 25-30 mins. Take potatoes out after 10 mins and give them a good stir then put them back in for the remaining time.

Cook 10 eggs in a non stick skillet and add lite butter and fiesta shredded cheese til eggs are scrambled

After potatoes are cooked take them out of oven and set them aside. On a cooking sheet use Cooking spray and add bacon 🥓 and line them up 6-8 pieces then put them in the oven for 10-15 mins or til your liking of crispy. Once everything is cooked just add the potatoes, scrambled eggs and bacon to a meal prep bowl and you have your breakfast prepped for the week. Makes about 6 servings. If you want to add extra fiber to your breakfast to make it more filling you can use a fiber wrap and Make it into a breakfast burrito.

Here are some health benefits of chickpeas. If you are anything like me the taste of chickpeas are not appealing lol. In fact I refused to eat them because I couldn’t stand the taste. When I discovered the protein pasta (made from chickpeas) taste just like regular pasta it was a win win for me especially since I love pasta too. Here’s a cheesy Taco Pasta with 46 grams of protein 38 carbs and 8 grams of fiber. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or complicated. You just need to make healthier swaps 🙂
