Today was the Missouri Health Care Association District IV Golden Age Games. The Veterans had a great time and we a few winners as well. Veteran Bill Exter and Yvonne Best came in first and second place in the wheelchair race, while Veteran Margaret Maulin earned fourth place in the Quiz Bowl. It was a fun day!

The Mt. Vernon Missouri Veterans Home Assistance League will be holding a sporting clay charity shoot on Saturday, November 1, 2025, as a fundraiser for the Veterans here at the MVH.
All proceeds from the clay shoot will go to improve the quality of life for the Veterans here at the Missouri Veterans Home, which serves Veterans for all of southwest Missouri.
