Mt. Vernon Community Care is proud to mark our 1-year anniversary! It’s been an incredible journey, and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing support from our community.

This year's theme is: NPs At The Heart of Healthcare, and they are definitely the HEART of Faith Healthcare!

For more than half a century, nurse practitioners (NPs) have been providing primary, acute and specialty health care to millions of patients across the lifespan. NPs evaluate patients, order and interpret tests, make diagnoses, write prescriptions and bring a comprehensive perspective to health care in nearly 1 billion patient visits each year.
