The week of October 12th marks the annual celebration of National Case Management Week to highlight the contributions case managers make across health care settings, particularly in improving transitions of care and patient outcomes. This week Whispering Willows of Mount Vernon recognizes case management professionals as essential in managing transitions from clinical settings back to home. Case managers coordinate between clinical setting patients, families, health care providers and memory care’s like ours, to ensure smooth, coordinated care delivery.

This will be our second year celebrating Halloween with our residents and have many activities scheduled including our Trunk or Treat event on Halloween night from 4-6.

Today, September 30, 2025 marks our 1 year anniversary with care staff in the house and our doors officially . Celebrating a year under our belt with our incredible management and care team we provided lunch catered by La Tapatia Catering for all who showed up. What started out as a windy rainy day turned to calm and sunny just at the right time. A memorable afternoon of food and fun shared with amazing staff, families, and partners.

If you were lucky enough to be at the Sedro Woolley Farmers Market on Wednesday you had the opportunity to hear two of our favorites, Eddie K and Chris Eger. People were dancing and singing and having a great time the entire 4 hours they were at the bandstand. Thanks for putting on an amazing show.
