👀 Psssttt….I’ve got some exciting news! Manual Lymphatic Drainage is coming to MTV Therapeutic Massage!
🙏I recently took a class in North Carolina and am so excited to add this to my practice!
🫀Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle technique aimed to facilitate the natural flow of lymph, which transports waste products away from the tissues and toward the heart.
👂The benefits from MLD include boosting the Immune System, it encourages detoxification, helps reduce fluid retention and enhances circulation. It is also widely used for post operation swelling and fluid retention from cosmetic surgery.
✌️I will be offering TWO separate MLD services!
🥰Full Body MDL-$100-75 minutes
This service includes vibration plate, diaphragmatic breathing, full MLD, stomach included, and dry brushing.
💆♀️MLD Facial-$60-45 minutes
This service uses Red Light Therapy, diaphragmatic breathing, and gentle massage to promote detoxification to the facial skin tissues, illuminate your complexion, and help enhance your skin elasticity!!

🫨Vibration plate-gently shaking helps stimulate circulation and lymph flow on the body
🚨Red Light Therapy-improves skin conditions like wrinkles, acne, scars, as well as, promote healing and reduce inflammation.
🧽 Dry Brushing-An Ayurvedic tradition! It is a dry brush on dry skin that stimulates circulation, lymph, and exfoliates.
