OCH Lawrence County Clinic “Your Clinic on the Square!”, is a rural health clinic located on the square in Mt. Vernon across from the County Courthouse in Mt. Vernon. Physicians and a nurse practitioner staff the clinic. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
