๐ฅInflammation. ๐ฅ
It's that time of year when we see inflammation rise in our clients. What causes inflammation during this time?
Increased Stress
Increased Alcohol Use
Decreased Sleep
Decreased Exercise
Increased Sugar Intake and Processed Foods
Inflammation is the crux of almost all chronic diseases, not just achy joints and muscles. From cancer to autoimmune issues, inflammation is almost always at the center. Yes, itโs true that inflammation is needed for healing and a certain amount of inflammation is healthy and desirable. Unfortunately chronic inflammation isnโt so healthy and is rampant because of our diet, lifestyle, stress and toxin exposure. The first step is to live a healthier lifestyle and minimize the causes of inflammation. And when we need help, a GOOD supplement beats adding more toxins through pharmaceutical approaches.
Some great anti-inflammatories are in my favorite little orange gel cap, called Revive.
Cucurmin (from turmeric)
โLike other colorful plant-based foods, turmeric is rich in phytonutrients that may protect the body by neutralizing free radicals (pollution, sunlight) and shielding the cells from damage.โ Diets rich in plant-based foods are associated with prevention of medical conditions such as cancer and heart disease." -John Hopkins Medicine
Boswellia
Extracts of Boswellia serrata have been traditionally used in folk medicine for centuries to treat various chronic inflammatory diseases.
Researchers also found that the combination of turmeric and boswellia was even more effective in reducing pain, providing a synergistic effect.
It also contains Shiitake Mushroom Extract, Black Cumin Oil, Grape Seed Extract, Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil. Quillaja Saponins Oil as well as Piperine and Menthol to make these amazing capsules easily absorbed so your body can USE them. This capsule packs it ALL in!
This little orange pill has been a game changer for me and many of the clients I have suggested it to. What are YOU taking for inflammation?
Fun fact, do you know the other name for Boswellia?
