Per Mount Vernon Fire Dept:

That is a curve we have been waiting for all night in the Mount Vernon Emergency Operations Center.

The Skagit set a new record of 37.73 feet at 12:15 AM this morning on December 12th and we can now see the waters are receding.

1st of 3 years of acupuncture school complete! Done! Finished! ☑️ ✔️ ✅ Passed my first year cumulative exam! Wooooo hoooo!! Onto year 2! 3rd year (Sept 2026) I’ll be able to needle people in clinic!
