Effective this week, all clinic appointments that were previously scheduled at our Continental Place location will now take place at our LaVenture office:
1401 S. LaVenture Road, Mount Vernon, WA 98274-6033.

As part of this transition, our Continental Place location is now closed. We are excited to welcome you to our LaVenture office and continue providing the high-quality care you expect from us.
