The mission of Hot Yoga Escape is to provide a space for the Knox county community to experience a sense of overall wellness head to toe. HYE's goal is to enable it's clients to further enhance their lives seeking balance and union of mind, body and soul. HYE will specialize in and offer hot yoga classes as well as other complementary yoga and fitness classes. The studio will offer retail comprising of yoga apparel, accessories and more. HYE will provide an atmosphere and space for our community to gather and walk away with an experience.

Brittany joined our HYE Family this past fall. She quickly settled in, always has a smile on her face, and gives her best in every class!

💫ONE WEEK!💫 Until you can join Emily for our next Community Class. This is donation-based class- everyone is welcome! All donations benefit The American Heart Association.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Is a chal­leng­ing, full body, LOW IMPACT, high inten­sity, Tabata style work­out applying Pilates principles. HIIT strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high-impact workout. It is designed for all fit­ness levels. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 90-95 degrees and 40% humid­ity for 60 minutes. ZERO experience needed!! HIIT offers quick results, and is MOTIVATING!

Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear clothes that will allow you to sweat comfortably.

Saturday Class Schedule:
7:00am – Warm Mindful Flow (45 min)
8:00am – HIIT
9:30am – HOT (60 min)

Sunday Class Schedule:
8:00am – HIIT
4:00pm – HOT (90 min)
6:00pm – Just Warm YIN

WARM POWER FLOW

This 60-minute vinyasa class is a strong moving flow that cultivates strength, balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breathwork and coordination are carried throughout the practice. Bringing the body back to a balanced state with breathwork at the end. The room is heated to 90-95 degrees. Please bring a mat, towel, and water. Recommended for intermediate to advanced yogis.

Offered on Tuesday Nights at 5pm
