✨EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT✨

This week we are spotlighting Sam, one of our incredible Registered Nurses at Steller Wellness 💙 Sam joined our team in October 2025 and brings compassion, dedication, and a whole lot of personality to every patient interaction. In addition to working at Steller Wellness, she also continues caring for patients as a labor and delivery nurse — making women feel supported through some of life’s biggest moments.

At home, Sam stays just as busy. She is married, a mom of four, and spends her days surrounded by animals including 7 cats, chickens, and 2 dogs 🐾 When she’s not working, you can usually find her spending quality time with her kids, gardening, or diving into her newest obsession: learning how to bee keep 🐝🌱

One of Sam’s favorite parts of working in wellness is watching patients finally hit the weight loss goals and milestones they have worked so hard for. Seeing that confidence and happiness build is what makes her love what she does. Her favorite treatment is therapeutic Botox, and the small thing that can instantly make her day is something many of us can relate to — when her coffee order is actually made correctly ☕😂

If Sam had to live by one motto, it would be: “Do no harm, but take no sh*t.” And honestly… that fits her perfectly. We are so thankful for the care, humor, and energy she brings to our team every single day ✨

Our clinical approach began with comprehensive bloodwork that identified several underlying barriers affecting overall health and performance, including:
• Clinically low testosterone levels
• Multiple vitamin deficiencies
• Lack of structured nutrition and metabolic support

Using this data, we developed a targeted wellness strategy that combined medical intervention with a customized nutrition plan focused on improving energy, metabolic function, and long-term sustainability.

Meet Jen — one of the friendly faces that keeps things running smoothly at Steller Wellness 💙

Jen has been part of the Steller Wellness family since November 2024 as our receptionist, and one of the things she loves most about her job is “the girls I work with.” 🫶

A few fun facts about Jen:

🐱 Has 3 cats… plus any stray kitties she can help
☀️ Says sunshine is one small thing that instantly makes her day

Meet Jamie 🤍
Jamie has been a part of the Steller Wellness family for almost 2 years, and if you’ve been in the office, you’ve probably seen her doing *a little bit of everything!* She’s cross-trained as front desk, assistant, and BTL specialist—basically a total rockstar behind the scenes and with our patients.
Before joining us, Jamie worked as a surgical tech in OB and front desk for a local functional medicine office, bringing a strong clinical background and compassionate care to everything she does.
When she’s not at work, Jamie is busy with her family—she’s married with two sons. She is an animal lover and has 2 dogs and 2 cats. Her current obsession if Frieda McFadden books now that she is no longer a Swingsations mom.
