After having to go to St. Louis for past orthopedic surgeries, it has been a huge blessing to find Dr. Sams right here at home. He performed my hip replacement and I was confident to be back home after 1 week and back to work in 4 weeks. I feel better than I have in well over a year! Everyone at DOC is professional and knowledgeable in every area. To find superior care so close to home is amazing!

Dr. Sams did a FANTASTIC job replacing both of my knees. I can't thank him enough. The scar from the 1st knee is verily noticeable. I highly recommend him.
