The 366th Medical Group provides medical services to support the combat capability of the 366th Fighter Wing at deployed locations as well as the Mountain Home AFB community. The group provides services to the community through a collaborative effort of its assigned squadrons:
- Aerospace Medical Squadron
- Medical Operations Squadron
- Medical Support Squadron
- Surgical Operations Squadron
(Outpatient services are closed for national holidays and close at noon the first Wednesday of each month.)
