May I introduce to you my baby girl Reese, born peacefully and naturally on November 4, 2022 with .

I will be returning part-time from MATERNITY LEAVE in January. My schedule has been posted and is available to BOOK ONLINE for January 2nd- January 21st.

I am so excited to get back in the office back doing what I love to do.

Poached Pears 🍐

Basically the perfect fall food to keep your fluids nourished. They make for some amazing if you come down with a cough this season. They moisten the Lungs and throat, dissolve mucus and calm restlessness.
Any time I get a dry cough and itchy throat, they are my go to.

Baked with cinnamon, spice, and everything nice 🍯 — they make the perfect dessert or companion to breakfast porridge.

Moxibustion, also know as Mugwort Leaf/Artemisia, is burned over the skin to warm specific points or areas of the body. It is one of my favorite tools to use because it is so calming and nourishing.

Moxa is used to:
✨ warm the meridians and expel cold
✨ strengthen the yang qi
✨ boost immunity and overall health
✨restore the smooth flow of blood and qi
✨relieve pain caused by cold-damp and/or blood stagnation

The 5 Pillars of Chinese Medicine 🏗
