Recently we brought our VALD force plates to Calico Rock High School 🏀 Both the boys’ and girls’ basketball teams had the chance to test their jumps and performance.

Force plates give us precise data on power, balance, and asymmetries—helping athletes understand their strengths, identify areas to improve, and reduce injury risk. 💪
