Bunions aren’t just a toe problem—they can throw off your entire chain from the foot up to the low back. But here’s the good news: it’s not too late to take action. 👣

Yes, bunions are structural, but with the right approach, you can slow down progression and reduce pain. It starts by creating space in the toes, followed by specific strengthening work to support proper alignment and function.

We love using toe spacers to help realign the big toe—then we get to work on building strength where it matters most.

🚫 And seriously—ditch the narrow, confining shoes. Your feet deserve better.
