The Baxter Health Residency Programs transition new Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)and Nurse Assistants (NA) into clinical practice. The program was designed to develop students into professionals and includes clinical experience with a preceptor. The Baxter Health Residency is helps transition new graduates into clinical practice efficiently, while honing critical and evid

ence-based decision-making skills. Residents get hands-on training in a hospital setting while continuing to learn and grown in the nursing field. Applications are accepted year-round for the residency program and are paid full-time positions.

The Baxter Regional Medical Center RN Residency is a year-long program to help transition new nursing graduates into clinical practice efficiently, while honing critical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
