🎉 Exciting News for Elmore County! 🎉

We’re moving into our brand-new Elmore County Public Services Building—and we can’t wait to welcome you there!

From October 6th through October 10th, 2025, many of our offices will be relocating to this new facility at 2280 American Legion Blvd (the old Desert Sage Building) to better serve you. Additional offices will also be relocating to better facilitate the needs of our team.

During the move:

📌 Any office with a note indicating “No Closure” will remain open with limited mandatory services, and will reopen fully in the new location starting Tuesday, October 14th.
📌 Most offices will still be reachable by email, though response times may be a bit slower as our teams work through the transition.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this exciting time. This move is all about improving the way we serve YOU—our citizens—and we’re so excited for you to see what’s ahead in our new home.

✨ We’ll see you soon at the Elmore County Public Services Building! ✨

On behalf of the Elmore County Ambulance Service, we wish to formally express our sincere appreciation to Ada County Paramedics and the Western Idaho Health Care Coalition. Their collaboration and generous assistance were invaluable in securing new emergency child restraints for our fleet of ambulances.

This acquisition significantly enhances our capacity to provide safe, secure transport for our pediatric patients. This initiative is a testament to the power of regional collaboration and a shared dedication to improving community health and safety.

We are proud to serve our community alongside such dedicated partners. Thank you for your continued commitment to our mission.
