These skills help kids with everyday things like talking, eating, playing, and even relaxing.

Breath support helps stabilize the body for airflow, and breath control teaches how to manage that airflow for different tasks—like speaking in full sentences or making different speech sounds. 💬🌬️

These fun activities help build the foundation for strong, confident communication! 💪🗣️
