Rural healthcare isn’t easy, but it's worth fighting for.
As we look toward 2026, we want to begin with a sincere thank you to the communities we serve. Over the past year, you’ve stood with us through real change; some exciting, some difficult, and your trust has mattered more than you know.
Healthcare continues to evolve, from Medicaid updates to changes in ACA and Medicare coverage. More change is ahead, and we know that can feel uncertain. What we want our communities to know is this: Desert Sage Health Centers remains deeply committed to serving rural communities across our region. Our mission, to provide quality care close to home for everyone, has not changed.
What also hasn’t changed is our team's commitment. We are proud of the dedicated team members who show up every day with skill, compassion, and heart, and who continue to adapt so we can meet our patients where they are.
