✨ Today we celebrate Susie Smith, CCS, CPC, CPMA, CGSC, as she retires after 35 years of dedicated service with Ozark Surgical Group.

Throughout her career, Susie has been a leader, a mentor, and a teacher at heart. She guided our coding and billing department with unmatched expertise, answered hundreds of questions daily, and shared her knowledge generously with colleagues near and far. Her influence shaped not only our practice but the wider coding community, and her impact will be felt for years to come.

We wish Susie a retirement filled with the things she loves most: peaceful hikes, breathtaking waterfalls, and the simple joy of living life a little less chaotically. Congratulations, Susie, on an extraordinary career and a well-earned new chapter. ✨
