Hello, I’m Dr. Faron LeGarde. I’m a native of the beautiful city of Nashville, TN. After my time in the Navy, I returned home to earn my bachelor’s from Belmont University. Shortly after graduating I fell in love with the wonderful world of fitness training and nutrition. My journey as a fitness coach taught me so much about the human body and introduced me to many incredible people. Chiropractic care has been a part of my life since I was eighteen years old. My first introduction to it was after an accident that caused a loss of sensation and muscle control on the right side of my body. When I was adjusted for the first time, I felt like a light switch had been turned back on and I had control of my body again. Since that time I have always felt a calling towards chiropractic care. I earned my doctorate in chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA.
My goal as your chiropractor is not only to address your immediate health care needs but also to help educate you in health and wellness. I have come to appreciate and utilize many different techniques of adjusting including Gonstead technique, Full Spine, Activator, Thompson, Toggle, Spinal Decompression, and extremity adjusting. I will apply the techniques that work best for you based on your care plan and specific needs. As your chiropractor, your health and well-being are always my top priority.
