Your body whispers before it screams, don’t ignore these signs:

1️⃣ Period pain that stops you from work, school, or daily life
2️⃣ Bleeding that’s super heavy (soaking a pad/tampon every 1–2 hours)
3️⃣ Periods that last longer than 7 days or disappear for months
4️⃣ Pelvic pain outside your period (or pain during s*x)
5️⃣ Severe bloating, pressure, or pain that feels new or worsening

Painful, exhausting, or disruptive periods are not “just part of being a woman.”
If something feels off, trust that feeling and talk to your OB.
