If this looks familiar—read the caption!

If your child sleeps with their mouth open, snores, grinds their teeth, struggles with focus, wakes up tired, has dark circles, or is a restless sleeper—keep reading!!

If we are breathing through our mouth instead of our noses, we are disrupting our entire body’s ability to function properly. Mouth breathing forces our body into a constant stress response and reduces oxygen levels. Our nose filters, warms, and humidifies the air, increases oxygen absorption, and produces nitric oxide, which helps the immune system and cardiovascular function.

Mouth breathing causes poor facial growth, dental problems, and chronic fatigue.

This is not something your child will grow out of and needs to be corrected ASAP! Let me help!

When we breathe through our mouth instead of our nose, we disrupt the entire body’s ability to function properly. Mouth breathing forces the body into a constant stress response, reduces oxygen levels, impacting sleep, and even triggering nervous system deregulation. It’s linked to poor sleep, ADHD like symptoms, anxiety, and chronic fatigue. The body wasn’t designed to breathe this way—yet so many kids and adults do!

Let me help! Myofunctional Therapy trains your body to use your nose and seal the lips!

Mouth breathing, low tongue posture, open lips at rest, and tongue thrust swallowing pattern may seem small, but they’re contributing to a bigger issue. If not corrected, they can lead to problems like poor facial development, snoring and sleep apnea, chronic pain, dental issues, and even trouble with digestion.

As your Myofunctional therapist, I’m here to uncover the root causes of these health issues and guide you toward better function and improved overall health. This is done with therapy-based exercises tailored to each patient’s needs.

I cannot wait to hear from you!
