March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about the importance of screening and early detection.

Colon cancer is one of the most preventable cancers when caught early. Routine screenings can detect precancerous polyps before they turn into cancer... and they can save lives.

In this video, Natanya Levitz (Dr. Levitz's wife) shares her powerful personal story about how early detection saved her life. Her experience is a reminder that colon cancer can affect anyone, and that screening truly matters.

We are grateful to Natanya for sharing her journey and helping us encourage others to take charge of their health.

If you are 45 or older (or younger with risk factors) talk to your doctor about getting screened. It could save your life or the life of someone you love.

Dear Patients and Friends of OHS,

Due to the impending storm expected this weekend, our office will be CLOSED on Monday, February 23, 2026, to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
