Starts Monday, February 16th and runs through Sunday, March 15th
- InBody scan to evaluate your baseline (ideally stop in to do this prior to the start)
- Focus is on gradually building on just a few habits each week
- hydration – increasing your water intake
- protein – increasing your protein intake
- movement – increasing your walking time
- nutrient quality – increasing your fruit and veggie intake each week
- You're assigned to a Coach for accountability and support
- 28 Healthy Habit Lessons
- InBody scan at the end of the challenge (the week of February 2nd) to evaluate your progress
