Welcome Emily Ray Brown, LAc!

Acupuncture will now be offered on the last weekend (Saturday + Sunday) of the month at the EFC office! Beginning March 29th and 30th, initial appointments, follow up sessions, consultations, and facial acupuncture can all be booked online via the link in bio.

Emily and her co-owner have a new practice in Phoenixville PA. Emily wanted to be able to offer services in her hometown and we are absolutely thrilled she is here!

As always, online booking is available for chiropractic appointments with Dr. Beth, and 30 or 60 minute craniosacral therapy sessions with Dr. Rocio. We are all so happy to contribute to this community’s wellness and make you a priority!

Many practice members have noticed a new (comfier!) table in the office and it’s because Dr. Rocio is now offering hour long craniosacral therapy sessions on Tuesdays at EFC! 🙌🏼 She will continue to offer more targeted 30 minute sessions (Framework Tension Release Therapy). Both therapies are amazing for fascia work (including scar tissue adhesions), feeling more balanced 💆🏻‍♀️, and general well being. After the holidays we pay attention to our digestive system after overindulging 🍽️ 🍷🍪, our respiratory system after sharing 🦠, and maybe our circulatory system 🫀if we’re focused on moving our bodies more in 2024!

Paying attention to our nervous system 🧠✨ helps unwind the stress of the holidays and allows our bodies to adapt to our lives, because even fun stuff can be stressful! Anyone else have a toddler meltdown 🫠 after days of overstimulation and extra sweets!?
