At Crestwood Pharmacy in Mountain Top, PA for the past two years, we have hosted a CDC-certified Diabetes Prevention Program that has helped our patients at risk for diabetes reduce their risk by losing at least 7% of their body weight, exercise more, and take all the questions out of “what should or shouldn’t I eat??”

Our year-long class is taught by certified diabetes lifestyle coaches in an inviting and friendly group setting. This allows everyone to share their wins, share their struggles, share food tips and recipes and SO MUCH MORE SUPPORT than they could ask for!
