Irvin and nurse practitioner Beverly Clark, DNP, and their staff great pride in establishing an environment where their patients feel at home and truly cared for. The family practice clinic provides remarkable medical care for patients of all ages, treating everything from acute care, cold, flu, bronchitis, rashes, diabetes and chronic disease management to women's health and much more.

Baxter Health cares about your financial health and hopes to serve all of your healthcare needs. In 2026, payers are making network changes and may no longer be offering coverage in our service area. The plans that we are contracted with and the plans that members can use without incurring out-of-network penalties are listed above. We encourage anyone with a plan that is not listed above to quickly choose traditional Medicare A and B or move to a Baxter Health in-network plan.

If you decide to select a plan that is not in-network, please make sure that your plan has adequate out-of-network benefits. If you have any questions about plans that Baxter Health is in-network with, please call (870) 508-1066 or (870) 508-1078 to speak to a member of our Patient Financial Services team.
