Happy 50th Anniversary to our very own Dr. Schwaderer! 🥳🎉👏🏻

The partners hosted a surprise event at the Oakland Zoo with our wonderful MVO team and Dr. Schwaderer’s family - it was a fun filled afternoon celebrating Dr. Schwaderer’s legacy here at MVO.

He is an integral part of MVO and is a big reason why we are all here today. Cheers to Dr. S, he’s good for another 50,000 miles!

This week is a milestone week for California. Because of our progress in managing the pandemic, on Tuesday, the state lifted most COVID-19-related community restrictions for people who are vaccinated.

At Mountain View Optometry, we share your relief and excitement at this giant step toward normalcy, and look forward to further reopening in months to come. However, at this time, masks, distancing, and screening for COVID-19 will continue to be required at our office even for people who have been fully vaccinated.

Because we do have vulnerable patients, we're continuing these requirements in alignment with recommendations from public health authorities and larger healthcare clinics in our area. Our top priority is the safety of our patients, visitors, employees, and community. We will continue to provide updates about patient care and post the latest information on our website at www.mvo.com.
