This new series builds strength, stamina, and focus through Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) and dynamic, challenging sequences. Expect strong arm and leg work, jumping, and sustained concentration—all within the thoughtful structure of Iyengar Yoga.
Though known for its therapeutic benefits, Iyengar Yoga also builds vitality across body, mind, and emotions.
Best suited for students who enjoy a faster pace and are ready for a challenge. Not recommended for beginners or those with injuries or health concerns.
