I was honored to be a part of Google Visitor Experience's Chinese New Year celebration this pas weekend, leading participants through a transformative Five Elements Qigong routine. I taught classes to people on four different days, with some participants coming to all four! You have probably noticed by now that I have not restarted my yoga livestreams or zoom classes since coming back from vacation. This is because I am currently restarting my in person classes and I am pursuing a few other interests. This in turn causes me to not have the time needed to ensure my live stream and zoom classes are the best they can be. However, given this delta variant, I may be forced back to teaching yoga from my house. Either way, I do want to occasionally make static videos for yoga and Qi Gong and I will try to do a monthly live stream yoga class, so I look forward to sharing those with you.

I sincerely appreciate the support everyone shown me during the pandemic, and I am so glad I got a chance to share yoga with you despite the social distancing.

So thrilled to get my family to do yoga poses with me to spell out the words "LOVE" this morning during sunrise in Florida! My family are not regular yogi's, so extra happy they agreed to this photo and to waking up this early to watch a beautiful sunrise (that's 3:15 am PDT!) Swipe for a special guest, my nephew the R to spell LOVER, and swipe again for the beautiful sunrise clouds. Gentle yoga is not "easy yoga", but instead we move slowly and mindfully through each pose and hold poses longer. Gentle yoga is a great form of yoga for most people and effective way to increase fluidity and flexibility of your body without getting injured by moving too fast. In this yoga class, we will work through a gentle yoga flow together.
