After 24 weeks, I’m officially done turning! We are waiting on the CBCT results to find out exactly how much growth, but it appears that I have 6 mm. I’m so pleased with the outcome so far. Next step holding for a few months and braces.

4 months in: I now have 3 mm of expansion and you can really see the space that’s opened up between my lateral and central incisors. I’m now officially off of two of my allergy medications and hope to start the taper off the third starting next week.

Training in human/infant development really helps me identify possible causes for the patterns I see in our assessment sessions. Not only does this allow me to provide parent coaching, but also make appropriate interdisciplinary referrals and monitor for other related concerns.

I really appreciate how Michelle has pulled together a wonderful program, that moves beyond motor development, but also sensory processing, parent-child attunement, and so much more.

Two months in and still expanding. I’ve now ditched my Breathe right strips and am starting the process of weaning off my allergy meds. The expansion has been nice and slow, so while the space keeps getting wider my teeth have been able to drift. Meaning I don’t have a huge gap

It’s my turn! With a palatal width of 25 mm I’ve taken a proactive step in my health to get a palatal expander.

While my sleep is significantly better than it was before, I am really hoping to reduce my allergy symptoms (and the number of medications needed to control said symptoms)

Here you can see my CBCT results, the 3D model of my palate, and my new low profile Tiger expander.

Yesterday I went to for the install, and then up to for my corticotimy and mini screws

So far a bit of discomfort which has been controlled with Advil and Tylenol. I can’t wait to see the results!
