What does it take to get to that next level….
What are you willing to do to get to that next level…
I’ve been coaching and training kids since I was 16. Playing sports, competitive or recreationally keeps you young. Staying injury free is first priority, so how do we achieve that?
•It’s not about spending more time training.
•It’s recovery, sleep, hydration, mobility/flexibility, nutrition, and a sound mind.
•Everyone ‘knows’ what you’re ‘supposed’ to do… but how many apply it?
Sometimes, all you need is accountability and direction.
