✨The past two weeks in China have been an unforgettable adventure filled with graduations, seminars, and the Global Mental Health Conference China. Whirlwind! I also had the chance to connect with the vibrant local Shanghai Thunderbird chapter! It was wonderful to see and spend time with new and old colleagues and friends, engage in inspiring conversations, gain insights, and interact with passionate students. More whole person, whole systems magic coming together. And beauty. Grateful!

Finding Flow in Turbulent Times🌌

It has been a deluge of beautiful things happening ☮️—even amidst the tension and heartbreak of events like the LA fires. In times like these, we are reminded of the importance of grounding ourselves in what nourishes us.

May we all find our own flow—the rhythm that empowers us to show up however we need to. Whether it’s through family, friends, volunteering, witnessing talents come together, calligraphy and long walks, teaching, art, or Ecopsychology, there are endless ways to connect, create, and contribute.

Absolutely amazing experiences⚡️💫 The past few weeks have been an incredible journey through the realms of psychology, education, and global mental health advancement. 😍Really experiencing different facets of the whole person-whole systems approach. From the Global Conference at Sofia U to the inspiring EUROTAS Conference hosted by Alef Trust in Oxford, I’ve had the privilege of learning, sharing, and connecting with brilliant minds and beautiful hearts. In gorgeous places!

It brought home the point to me again and again how we are so deeply interconnected, and true growth happens when we honor these connections.

I am so grateful for these powerful exchanges and the opportunity to meet all these wonderful people!🌍💫

We’re thrilled to unveil the incredible program for the Global Conference for Advancing Mental Health. There's so much to look forward to, from new books to TV series and beyond.

Mayor Khan of OC will open our three-day journey, and amazing speakers with brilliant minds and open hearts will guide us. Together, we’ll explore how a whole-person approach can help solve today’s mental health challenges.

This isn’t just about global collaboration; it’s also about honoring our local community in Costa Mesa. We’re featuring workshops on youth mental health, regional partnerships, and strategies for underserved populations.

I can’t wait to share this with you.
