Neurotoxin injections(Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) are the most common treatments that I perform. It is a blend of technique, anatomy knowledge, and experience that make results 95% predictable, but the variables of patients' individual physiology, immunity, health, medications, muscle thickness, skin quality and anatomical variations are responsible for the remaining 5% of unpredictability in final outcome where a touch up may be needed.

Over the years, the above tips and approaches helped keep my patients happy with their results and made them loyal.

Underpromise and overdeliver is a good approach. Don't be afraid to tell patients when their expectation is unrealistic. Don't be afraid to turn away patients. Anticipate patients' concerns and questions, have a thorough consultation and take many pictures.
