Your neck can be “pulling” your face down.
A strong platysma + DAO can widen the lower face and drag the mouth corners.

In this case, we treated lower-face + neck muscles (like the DAO and platysma) to reduce downward tension and let the face look more supported

The platysma is a thin neck muscle that can start pulling your face downward. When it’s strong, it can

▫️add tension through the lower face
▫️make the face look wider/heavier
▫️emphasize neck bands

In this case we used Botox to gently relax that downward pull and restore balance.

✅ Result

a smoother jaw contour, softer-looking neck bands and an overall more lifted, refreshed appearance (without changing who she is).

No, you don’t need a syringe every 3 months.

Before: 2 years since last injection (taken today, no touch-ups)

The borders stayed soft (not boxy). The product integrated smoothly (no lumps/bumps) and the fullness remained exactly where it was placed.
