The Mountlake Terrace Parade brought the fun right to our doorstep! 🎉 Our residents cheered on Mayor Kyoko in pink, classic fire trucks, pirates, preschoolers, and even Scooby-Doo and SpongeBob! What a lively night of community joy and ageless celebration.

"Better Together" Town Hall Meeting ✨

Led by Elaine, President of the Resident Council, and her committees, we shared community updates, discussed ideas, and explored improvements. Every voice mattered!

This was followed by our mandatory Fire & Safety Forum with Benson, Director of Environmental Services. We covered fire safety protocols, emergency procedures, evacuation routes, and preparedness. The session was well-attended and served as a valuable refresher for our entire community. Safety starts with awareness, and we're all in this together!

Part 2: Ballard Bound – Boats, Blooms & Back Roads 💐

Another beautiful summer day took us to Ballard, where we explored the Carl English Botanical Garden, picnicked under the trees, and met friendly faces—both two- and four-legged!

At the Ballard Locks, we watched boats pass through and caught the Argosy cruise in action. Max led the walking crew like a pro!

On the way back, we cruised the scenic shoreline and winding backroads, taking in how much the city has grown. Even more residents joined this time—because summer is for exploring, connecting, and soaking up the season.
