We at Upper Levisa Pharmacy would just like to remind everyone to social distance, wash your hands for 20 seconds as often as possible, make a habit of not touching your face, and stay safe and healthy. We as a nation need to make good decisions to protect each other and especially our older generation....they wouldn’t hesitate to do it for us. After much deliberation, we have made the decision to close our lobby beginning tomorrow, March 23rd. We will be offering curbside service. When using curbside service, we ask that you call in your refills one hour before arriving at the pharmacy. When you arrive, please call to let us know you are waiting in front. We will bring your medicine to your vehicle. If you can't make it to the pharmacy, we offer FREE DELIVERY. Please call in deliveries before 1:00 PM for same day delivery. We will continue to operate under normal business hours. Stay healthy!

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update:
Upper Levisa Clinic Pharmacy has been committed to a core value of providing safe, quality, and convenient personalized service. We are guided by this value to direct us as we work to face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19). We continue to operate with this same value and are taking every possible precaution to protect the health and safety of our patients and employees.
We are committed to remaining open for business throughout this public health emergency.
1. We have taken steps to maintain a safe, clean environment. We are cleaning and sanitizing our facility multiple times a day.
2. Deliveries are free and may be arranged in the area for those who are home bound or self-quarantined. We are able to arrange alternative options for individuals who have been exposed to others infected.
Should there be confirmed COVID-19 infection in Pike County or should a local health emergency act be set in place, we have plans that will allow us to continue providing safe services in our store. This includes closing our lobby and operating through curbside service and delivery to lessen opportunity for the virus to spread. Additionally, we offer the option for patients to call in their refills.
We recognize that this time is unsettling and we want to assure our customers that we are committed to your safety and well-being.

The Kentucky Department for Public Health (KDPH) is responding actively to the COVID-19 situation. Our State Health Operations Center is operating at Level 1, its highest activation level. This respiratory disease was first detected in a Kentucky resident on March 6, 2020.
