Nova Hearing Center is a local, veteran owned private Audiology practice specializing in hearing aids and hearing health. We are seeking a candidate to help us with patient records, organization and marketing. This job will be from 9am to 5pm five weekdays out of the week.

60-day probationary period with a review at the end. Bonuses are available on a monthly basis during probation!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide stellar customer service face-to-face with our patients.

-Organize, maintain and build patient files and upload hard files to practice management software.

-Telemarket outbound on a daily basis to prospective patients.

-Take inbound calls, schedule appointments and resolve basic inquiries.

-Watch office in the event the specialist is on a home visit, seminar or marketing opportunity.

-Payment handling.

-Keep lobby and bathroom clean.

-BE PUNCTUAL!!!!!

PREFERRED SKILLS:

-HIPAA compliant

-Outbound calling/telemarketing/phone sales/call center experience

-Some post-secondary schooling (especially in office mgmt or customer service)

MANDATORY SKILLS:

-High School Diploma

-18 years of age

-Previous customer service experience (1 yr)
